"El Palacio del Olvido" was an immersive production that took place in a huge three-story warehouse and was presented to an audience of twenty people. It was a project with a deeply personal background. In this story, the main character, JM, preserves all of his memories, crystallized into objects that he can choose to revisit. In this way, the text becomes a meaningful and mnemonic experience. “Everything took place inside the warehouse of my memory; every object there was a memory, and it was presented (...) in an art warehouse that no longer exists, where the things used in movies and TV series were stored,” says José Manuel (El Sol de México, 2026).
