El Último Teatro

This production is a musical with a single objective, to restore the fascination with the magic of what is human, something that can only happen on a stage. Thus, the entire aesthetic of the show emerges stems from the idea that the characters discovered theatre and created the elements that make it up. With a set design, props, musical instruments and costumes made from recycled materials, it is a very colorful and creative production, filled with textures, artifacts, puppets, and other elements that turn it into a magical experience.

In this story, theatre no longer exists, and Catarina ("ladybug") sets on a journey to find The Last Theatre in the World ("El Último Teatro del Mundo"). In her search, Catarina encounters a series of characters who help her find that last theatre, and they come to realize that theatre is not a building, nor a place, but the possibility of stepping forward and coming together to tell a living story, and of sitting before it to witness it.
