Mentiras, the Musical has been running for 15 years and counting, making it the longest-running musical in Mexico. It has been recognized by Playbill as the most popular show in the country’s history, with over one million spectators. The production has also had successful seasons in Panama, Colombia, and Peru; inspired a Drag version titled Mentidrags; been adapted into concert formats; and was turned into a television series that premiered on Amazon Prime in 2025.
